宿泊約款

一般客室の定員は、大人2名様です。4歳以下の幼児のお子様のお子様はお一人までは無料（添い寝）です。
当ホテルの全てのサービスのご提供は、宿泊者/長期滞在者に限ります。ID（IDカードもしくはパスポート）登録していない方の無断宿泊は、友人・知人でもご遠慮ください（必ずID登録をしてください）。
館内はペットの持ち込みは禁止となっております。ペットの持ち込みが発覚した場合は、一匹につき2,000バーツの罰金と即日チェックアウトをお願いしますのでご了承ください。なお、その際の宿泊費用につきましては、予約済み分の費用を全額お支払い頂きますので併せてご了承ください。
4.ホテル内は全館禁煙となっております。喫煙はベランダもしくは所定の喫煙スペースでお願いいたします。禁煙室での喫煙、またベランダからの吸い殻のポイ捨てが発覚した場合は、通常宿泊代金の2倍額の金額の宿泊料のご請求を行いますのでご了承ください。
館内での法律違反（違法ドラッグ、売春、ギャンブルなど）、道徳や伝統に違反する行為につきましては、関係各所に通報の上、予約宿泊分の2倍額の全額を即刻お支払いの上、即日チェックアウトをお願いしますのでご了承ください。
他のお客様の迷惑になる行為、騒音、悪臭の原因などを発生させることはご遠慮ください。こちらも発覚した場合は、予約宿泊分の2倍額の全額を即刻お支払いの上、即日チェックアウトをお願いしますのでご了承ください。
チェックインの時間は、14：00から、チェックアウトは12：00までです。こちらの時間前のチェックイン、時間後のチェックアウトは規定の追加料金が発生しますので、予めご了承ください。
当ホテルは、宿泊のサービスを提供しております。お客様が貴重品を客室、ホテル館内で紛失した場合でも、当ホテルはその損害の責任は一切負いませんので、貴重品の管理には十分ご注意ください。
お客様が滞在中に、当ホテルの物品を故意もしく偶然であっても、破損、汚損させた場合は、ホテルの評価価格の損害を実費賠償しなければなりませんので、ご了承ください。

Accommodation agreement

The capacity of general guest rooms is 2 adults. Up to 1 child under 4 years old is free of charge.
All services offered by the hotel are only for the guests who register their ID (either ID card or passport). Please do not let other people to stay your room without our permission even though they are your families or friends.
Pets are not allowed in the building. Please note that if pets are found to be brought in, a fine of 2,000 baht per pet and same day check-out will be required. Please note that you will be required to pay the full amount of the reserved accommodation fee at that time.
Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. Please smoke on the balcony or in the designated smoking area. Please note that if smoking in a non-smoking room or littering of cigarette butts from the balcony is discovered, we will charge you twice the normal accommodation fee.
For violations of the law (illegal drugs, prostitution, gambling, etc.), we will announce the relevant parties, pay the full amount of double the reserved accommodation immediately, and check out on the same day.
Please refrain from causing any acts, noise, or foul odors that disturb other customers. If this is also discovered, please note that you will be asked to pay the full amount of double the reserved accommodation fee immediately and check out on the same day.
Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please note that there will be an additional charge for check-in before this time and check-out after this time.
The hotel offers accommodation services. Even if you lose your valuables in your room or inside the hotel, we will not be responsible for any damages, so please be careful when managing your valuables.
Please note that if you intentionally or accidentally damage or stain our hotel’s goods during your stay, you will be required to compensate for the damages of the hotel’s evaluation price.
